​Kathleen K. Dong, Of Counsel​:  Kathleen earned her law degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose with honors, and practices family law exclusively in Santa Clara County.  During law school, she served as a Law Clerk for various judicial officers, including Hon. L. Michael Clark, Hon. Drew Takaichi, and Hon. Erica Yew. She received the Susan O. Fish Award in 2016 from her alma mater for her significant contributions to the law school community. 

Kathleen is on the Board of the Santa Clara Domestic Violence Council.  In her spare time, Kathleen volunteers at the Family Justice Center at Asian Americans for Community Involvement and Senior Adults Legal Assistance as a volunteer attorney to help victims of domestic violence and elder abuse.

Ralph Santoro, CFLS, Of Counsel

Ralph is a 15 year Family Law litigator and Certified Family Law Specialistexperienced in working on highly contested matters, including child custody, domestic violence, child support and spousal support matters, and protection of high asset separate property estates.

Doris S. Mei, CFLS :   Doris is a Certified Family Law Specialist.  Since 2002, she has assisted thousands of clients in mediation, preparing and defending domestic violence restraining orders, drafting premarital agreements, litigating contested and resolving uncontested divorces, legal separations, custody and visitation issues, child and spousal support issues, property division, and marital settlement agreements.

She is a frequent Judge Pro Tem for the Family Court Division of the Santa Clara County Superior Court, assisting attorneys and parties in settlement conferences.  Doris is also a volunteer attorney for the Family Law Division of the San Mateo County Superior Court assisting unrepresented parties during Status Conferences in resolving and finalizing their cases.  She is also on the Board of Advisors for several non-profit organizations.

Doris fluently speaks Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese.
